Resort Rules

You are responsible for following all rules. Thank you for your cooperation!

Park Entry Gate

Gates are opened at 8:00am and closed at 10:00pm. No new guest arrivals are permitted after the entry gate is locked. During closed hours, only emergency access is permitted.

Car Passes

Your car pass must be displayed from the rear-view mirror or another highly-visible place so that it can be spotted by security during their rounds.

Wristbands

All guests are asked to wear wristbands during their stay.

Cabin Rentals

Check-in: 4:00pm / Check-out: 11:00am. 2-night minimum OR one night with a cleaning fee. Keys are due in the office by 11:00 am day of departure. Missing keys are $5.00 and are charged to the card on file.

Cabins are non-smoking; smoking in a cabin will result in a cleaning charge of $250.00.

RV & Tent Site Rentals

Check-in: 1:00pm / Check-out - 12:00pm. Grey water and sewer must be contained. Thank you for not dumping your grey water and sewage on the ground!

Pets

In Our Park: Please help keep our park friendly by having your pet on a leash at all times and picking up after them. Pets are expected to sleep inside (RV, tent, or cabin) with you.

Cabins: Pets are permitted in many of our cabins unless otherwise stated. Please be mindful that non-pet friendly cabins are reserved for our guests with pet allergies. Pets cannot be left unattended in cabins.

Pool: Pets are not permitted in the fenced pool area.

Lake: Pets are permitted at the lakefront and please make sure they do not enter our designated swim area.

Bicycles, Scooters & Skateboards

We follow California state law regarding helmet safety. No skateboarding or scooters are allowed in the village area. Bike riding is not permitted on the patio.

Quiet Time

Quiet time is 10:00pm to 8:00am. Music must be turned off by 10:00pm.

Pool

Pool hours are 10:00am until sunset daily. No lifeguard is on duty.

Adults must accompany children under 14; infants must wear swimming diapers. Pets are not allowed inside the fenced area. Additional rules are posted in the pool area.

Campfires

Campfires are allowed only in the campgrounds. If you are not bringing your own firepit, please use a fire pit provided by the resort.

We ask that you please follow proper fire safety rules. Fires must be attended at all times and all wood must fit into the fire pit. Fires must be fully out before you go to sleep or by midnight— whichever comes first. No ground fires.

Campfires are not allowed in the Retreat Center. A $250 fine will be charged for fires outside of designated areas.

Barbecues

Retreat Center: BBQ areas are provided at the retreat center. Pedestal BBQs allowed - please ensure they are 24" above-deck.

Campground: Camp stoves are allowed, along with pedestal BBQs at least 24" above-deck.

Trash & Recycling

Trash and recycling must be taken to garbage stations/trash houses located in various places within the park. Please do not leave garbage in campsites; let staff know if you see any.

Firearms & Fireworks

Firearms/fireworks are strictly prohibited; please leave them at home.

Speed Limit

The universal speed limit of 10 mph is strictly enforced throughout the park, including the retreat center and concession and resort grounds. Failure to comply may result in you being required to park your vehicle at the campground for the remainder of your stay. Traffic in the campground is one-way counterclockwise only.
