- Barista
- Baristas are charged with coffee preparation, scooping ice cream, service, sanitation, security, and customer service.
- Cabin Leader
- Cabin leaders are the primary caregivers for each camper. The Cabin Leader is responsible for planning, teaching, coordinating, and carrying out activities and guiding campers in their personal growth and daily living skills.
- Camp Cook
- The Camp Cook is responsible for planning and creating delicious, healthy meals for campers attending Camp Rockin' U, a traditional co-ed summer camp hosted every year at Lake Francis Resort. Meals are made from scratch, and incorporate whole, healthy foods.
- Camp Nurse
- Fulfills nursing and health care duties at camp.
- Front Desk
- The Front Desk position includes retail, reservations, and customer service. The position requires being an effective member of a team.
- Housekeeper
- Maintain and clean cabins, restrooms, and other resort spaces consistent with the mission and established policies and procedures of the resort.
- Kitchen Manager
- Manages the camp kitchen.
- Lifeguard
- Our Lifeguards provide supervision and ensure a safe environment at the camp’s waterfront and pool activities. Lifeguards also assist in the management of the physical operation of the waterfront and pool facilities and equipment.
- Maintenance
- Our maintenance staff is over the general maintenance and repair of the resort’s buildings, grounds, equipment and other facilities consistent with the mission and established policies and procedures.
- Program Staff
- Program Staff provide supervision and facilitate all program sites. Program staff will ensure a safe environment at the camp’s program sites, waterfront and pool activities. They also assist in the management of the physical operation of the waterfront and pool facilities and equipment.
- Security
- Maintain overall safety of resort grounds, assist guests and diffuse and de-escalate when necessary.
